Collector’s Edition packaging for the Cartoon Saloon films The Secret Of Kells, Song Of The Sea and Wolfwalkers for Studiocanal.

The project was to develop supplied US artwork into UK sized slipcase, digipak, artcards and 54-page booklet. The main issue with this adapt was converting the square files into the portrait. Top and bottom sections for the front design were added and could be covered by the taco insert, the cardboard insert that wraps around the slipcase, that would carry the relevant messaging and necessary information.

The gold effect on the slipcase was created by printing on mirror board with a white base, and there was also an overall matt varnish.

The 54 page booklet contains lots of beautiful concept artwork and essays covering all three films.
